My support is especially valuable when:
- A shift in organizational culture is necessary, as the current one does not adequately support the execution of the business strategy.
- Conflicts arise due to cultural differences following mergers and acquisitions.
- There is an urgent need to improve morale and unlock the full potential of all employees in order to reverse negative business trends.
Since 2005, I have been working as a team and leadership coach, change process facilitator, and advisor in the area of organizational culture shaping. Prior to that, I spent 15 years in international corporations—starting as a Sales Specialist at R.J. Reynolds, where I later became Marketing Director. At Seagram and Volvo, I held executive positions, including General Manager and CEO.
I graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and completed postgraduate studies in Business Psychology at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
I am a member of the International Coach Federation and hold certifications that enable me to work with individuals and teams in the fields of leadership development and change facilitation:
- Hogan Assessments
- CCL 360 Degree Assessments
- Co-active Coach (Coaching Training Institute)
- Core Essentials Fast Track (Corporate Coach U)

For many years, I have been a passionate supporter of FC Liverpool.
This club is a great example of how a culture built on passion, commitment, openness, respect for everyone, intensity, and quality in everything they do translates into achieving ambitious goals.
FC Liverpool is a 20-time English champion and has won the European Cup/Champions League six times.
“We are Liverpool. This means more.”
I believe that business teams capable of fostering such a sense of pride, identity, and understanding of their WHY can truly move mountains…
together, because Liverpool’s official anthem is “You Will Never Walk Alone.”
Culture is a business issue
