Team Сoaching
- Even the highest managerial competencies will not be sufficient if teamwork within the team is lacking. A lack of unity and cooperation among management teams leads to confusion and decreased motivation among employees. It also reduces efficiency in strategy planning and implementation.
- The team coaching process enables full integration of strong individual personalities within a team. It also allows for the elimination of ineffective practices, habits, and relationships, replacing them with new, effective ones. Additionally, it facilitates the faster and easier achievement of team goals. Finally, it serves as a way to resolve lingering conflicts that have hindered the full utilization of the team’s potential.
- The team coaching process offers an opportunity to achieve business goals by eliminating barriers that hinder team performance, such as a lack of trust, pursuing personal agendas, unclear tasks and objectives, or a lack of cooperation between different departments/divisions.
- In team coaching processes, I use teamwork models developed by Patrick Lencioni (The Five Dysfunctions of a Team) and Team Coaching International (team productivity and positivity). The diagnostic tools I utilize include the Online Team Assessment (Lencioni) as well as Organization View and Team Diagnostic Assessment (TCI).

Leadership Сoaching
Leadership Coaching is an interactive process that supports managers in fully utilizing their potential and helps organizations build effective and efficient teams.
Each leadership coaching process is tailored to the individual needs and expectations of the manager while considering the company’s goals.
Leadership coaching enhances awareness, allows managers to see themselves and the challenges they face from a new perspective, and helps them change behaviors and attitudes to become more effective.
LEADERSHIP COACH:
- Helps set ambitious development goals and then supports the manager in achieving them.
- Expects more from the manager than they would be ready to do without the coach’s support.
- Encourages the manager to develop existing skills and experiment with new ones.
- Provides tools, support, and structure that enable the manager to achieve better results.

Facilitation
Due to my personal experience and interests, I focus on facilitation in three areas:
- Enhancing team efficiency
- Creating company vision/mission/values
- Building business strategy
An impartial external facilitator stimulates mutual inspiration among participants, takes care of their needs and emotions, ensures focus on workshop goals, safeguards the group process, and ultimately helps in making bold decisions.

Over the past several years, I have conducted individual coaching processes for approximately 200 managers. In most cases, these processes began with a three-way meeting involving the manager’s supervisor. The purpose of these meetings is to refine the goals for the coaching process.
A summary of these meetings has revealed the key competencies and attitudes necessary to achieve success in organizations. This led to the creation of the “Leadership 4P” program—4P representing the four levels of leadership:
- Projection – image within the company
- Personal – self-management
- People – managing others
- Performance – delivering results
The program is available in three versions tailored to specific needs:
- Employees taking on managerial roles for the first time
- Middle managers
- Senior managers

Mentoring Programs
Mentoring programs create opportunities for employees to develop within the organization. Through mentoring, companies can easily identify the most talented, experienced, and engaged individuals. Mentoring helps uncover talents, educate future leaders, and develop employee skills that contribute to the company’s success. Mentoring programs focus on:
- Inspiring employees for personal and professional growth
- Initiating attitudes and behaviors desired in the company
- Strengthening leadership competencies of managers
- Improving employee performance, motivation, and morale
- Enhancing the bond between employees and the company
I design and support the implementation of comprehensive mentoring programs. I prepare participants for a fully aware and effective role as both mentors and mentees. Special attention is given to optimizing mentor-mentee pair selection. Additionally, I conduct Train The Trainer sessions for employees within the organization who will be responsible for mentoring training.
